Ordering Prescription Medications
(if your order is being delivered outside the USA, no Rx is required)

1) Place order
The first step is to place an order online or by phone toll free 1-877-726-1413 (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Monday thru Friday).

2) Pet-Vet Information
In order for us to process your prescription order we will need information about your pet and your Veterinarian. Please fill out and submit a Pet-Vet Information Form. It only takes 2 minutes and is required for ALL prescription orders (except outside the US), even if your send in a written prescription form. (please talk to your vet BEFORE placing an order for a prescription item)

3) If you Have A Written Prescription
After you have submitted a Pet-Vet Information Form You may send us your Rx Form in one of the following methods.

- Attach it right to the Pet_Vet Form using the Browse button to find the file.
- FAX: Toll Free 877-500-9950 or if outside the US (305-500-9955)
- Email the scanned image of your Rx form to: Rx@bullwrinklerx.com
- Send by regular mail to:

4) Your Vet May Approve Your Pet Prescription By Phone Or Fax

- or Pharmacy can Fax a prescription request form to your veterinarian.

Please note: If we have not received your vets prescription in 5-7 day; then the prescription portion of your order will be canceled, and we will ship all OTC items. If the cancellation of Rx items causes your order to no longer be eligible for free shipping; then our normal shipping rate will be applied.
